Before we begin, please gather these things:

  • One Helpful Idea - Not a big framework. Not a course outline.

  • A Working Name (Temporary Is Fine)

  • A Price (Even If You’re Guessing)

  • How You’ll Deliver It (For Now)

  • A way to get paid (Stripe, Paypal, Square, etc)

  • A Contact Email Address

  • Willingness to Start Small

Don't worry about any of this yet:

  • A full course

  • A polished PDF

  • A big audience

  • A launch plan

  • Social media

  • A logo or brand identity

  • Tech skills

  • Confidence
