Step 1

Before we begin, please gather these things:

  • A Plain-Language Description of What You Do

  • A Service Name (This can be basic. Ugly is allowed.)

  • A Price (Even If It’s a Guess)

  • How the Service Is Delivered

  • A way to get paid (Stripe, Paypal, Square, etc)

  • A Contact Email Address

  • Permission to Be “Good Enough”

Don't worry about any of this yet:

  • A logo

  • A website

  • A niche nailed down

  • A polished offer

  • Social media

  • Tech skills

  • Confidence
